Besides the two years of woodshop Ryan took in high school, we have taught ourselves everything we know- through trial & error, YouTube videos and tutorials. But that doesn’t mean we don’t have role models. In 1968, my Grandparents started a custom home building & real estate company here in Northeast Ohio from the ground up, in which my older brother, Scott, now owns. So, you could say this has always been in my blood. We work closely with my family now in our home flipping business and our renovations- it’s a huge family effort! Ryan works as a finish carpenter for the family company when he’s not working on projects with me. We were also competitors on HGTV's Battle On The Beach.

Hey there, we are
Despite our first home being beautiful, it lacked character and didn’t feel like “us”, so we taught ourselves how to make it our own and transformed it from builder grade, to custom made, one DIY project at a time. We recently moved to Ohio and purchased a 1974 fixer upper. We knocked down walls, took down ceilings, and gutted the entire house from the inside out & rebuilt it in a matter of a few months. We love being creative and transforming homes, and through our social media, we want to show and inspire others that THEY can create a home that they love and are proud of too. We want to be that REAL LIFE inspiration to our followers, because if we can do these projects and take on these renovations, so can they.
