What You’ll Need:

• Jus-Rol Pre-Rolled Pizza Dough
• Jarred Pizza Sauce
• Shredded Cheese (we used mozzarella)
• Your fave pizza toppings
• Cookie Sheet & Parchment Paper
• Egg & Brush

Let’s Get Started

The first thing we did was preheat the oven to 425 degrees. We decided to use a pre-rolled dough to make things faster and easier. We rolled the dough out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and used a pizza cutter to cut out the shapes we wanted. I did a ghost and Ryan did a pumpkin. After we cut out the shapes, we used our hands to go around the edges and make the crust of the pizza.

After we did the crust, we used a spoon spread the sauce and then sprinkled the cheese on top.

Then we each added our own toppings on the pizza.

Once our preferred toppings were on, we brushed the raised edges of the crust lightly with a little egg yolk.

We then put them into the oven until the crust was golden brown, which was about 15 minutes.

They came out so good and were delicious! I can’t believe how simple they were to make. This was such a fun date night idea and we can’t wait to do it again with other themes and even invite friends over for a group pizza making night!
