We are so excited to show you the final results of our master bathroom for the Jeffrey Court All Star Renovation Challenge in partnership with BEHR and FrogTape! So, without further ado here it is…
For this bathroom we took it from builder grade, to a custom made fresh, bright master bathroom, our own little spa! We mixed a few different styles… boho and modern farmhouse, and made a Farmhemiam master bathroom oasis that matches our style and the rest of our home! Our shiplap barn door is one of my favorite elements of this bathroom, it adds a modern twist to the traditional barn door, and the paint color is PERFECT for our space, it is BEHR Marquee Great Graphite in a satin finish. This custom designed laser cut by Carpenter Farmhouse looks AMAZING next to the door at all, and is an amazing statement piece on our wall we painted Shoelace by BEHR! Don’t even get me started how the 4×12 Teakwood floor tile by Jeffrey Court looks across the floor… just WOW.
First up, the shower! We love how it turned out with the 3×6 Allegro subway tile and the Carrera Constellation mosaic tile both by Jeffrey Court. It looks so fresh and so clean clean (see what I did there). We love our new shampoo niche and the fact we got rid of the shower seat. The gold finish on our new Pfister shower head and shut off valve look amazing with our tile choices and keeps everything nice and bright. Overall I’m just…OBSESSED with our new shower!
Next up is our toilet room. With the help of Wall Blush, we installed their adorable Fiona peel-and-stick wallpaper on the back wall and the ceiling! We wanted a nice accent wall behind the toilet, and adding it to the ceiling too was something unique we wanted to try, and love how it turned out! We have a lot of gold accents and different textures throughout the bathroom, especially this little room.
Our vanity area is another favorite. We love how easy it was to update the countertops with the marble adhesive, without having to replace them completely! We updated the handles on the cabinets to make them “pop” more and make them feel more modern. The Emblem wall tile by Jeffrey Court is gorgeous and an amazing statement piece. We love how the gold in our 3-light Milan fixture by Capitol Lighting and our brushed gold Pfister faucets compliment the tile and keeps everything nice and bright here too. The wall mirrors are some of my favorite finds. I searched high and low for the perfect mirrors, and when I saw these I KNEW these were the ones. I got these online at Walmart and they are made by Patton Wall Decor.
So many of our accent pieces came from HomeGoods and Target. We wanted to keep things simple with dark green faux plants, and modern farmhouse textiles and other design elements. We love the leaning mirror we found from Urban Outfitters, it also has hooks on it so it’s functional in so many ways! We don’t have any floor rugs in here yet, just because we LOVE the way the floor tile looks without any rugs, and it’s been hard to find the perfect ones that don’t take away from the floor tile!
We hope you love it as much as we do. It was a labor of love and we’re so proud of what we accomplished. To make a space our own and add our design touches to our home is what this is all about, so we are so happy with the final results! Thank you so much to Jeffrey Court for inviting us to join the All Star Challenge. Also, thank you to the other two sponsors of the All Star Challenge, BEHR and FrogTape! We wouldn’t have been able to do it without them. And a huge thank you to all of our partnerships and collaborations for this challenge; Pfister faucets, Kwikset, Capitol Lighting, Wall Blush, Carpenter Farmhouse and Antica Development!
This is the last chance to vote for us if you’d like to see us win the All Star Challenge, so click here to do that! Thank you for all of your support!
